PRIVACY POLICY

• Account details: your name, email address, phone number, and password (stored in encrypted form by our login provider).
• Household and youth profiles: names, dates of birth, phone numbers, and household relationships that a household manager or FIT staff add for family members.
• Training activity: sessions booked or cancelled, attendance and no-shows, and your session package or membership balance.
• Waiver records: the Training Contract version signed, the boxes checked and your photo and video release choice, who signed (a parent or guardian for a child), the name and typed signature entered, the date and time, and your browser's user-agent string.
• Payment records: what you purchased, the amount, and its status. Card numbers and payment details are entered directly with our payment processor, Stripe, and are never stored by FIT.

• To create and secure your account and keep you signed in.
• To schedule sessions, manage class capacity, and record attendance.
• To process purchases and recurring memberships.
• To keep a record of signed waivers.
• To contact you about your account, bookings, schedule changes, or billing.

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the service providers that run this site, and only as needed to provide it:

• Supabase for our database and member logins.
• Stripe for payments and billing.
• Vercel for website hosting.

Household managers can see the profiles, bookings, and shared session balance of the household members they manage. We may also disclose information if required by law.

We use your browser's storage only to keep you signed in to the member portal. Stripe may set its own cookies on its checkout and billing pages to process payments and prevent fraud. We do not use advertising trackers.

Members under 18 do not create their own logins. Youth profiles are created by FIT staff and managed by a parent or guardian through their household. A parent or guardian may contact us at any time to review, correct, or remove a child's information.

We keep account, booking, and payment records for as long as you have an account and as needed for our business and legal records. Signed waiver records are retained even after an account is closed.

You can update your payment details through the billing portal in your dashboard. To view, correct, or delete your information, or to close your account, contact us using the details below.
