TERMS OF SERVICE

• You must be 18 or older to create an account. Youth members train through a household managed by a parent or guardian.
• Keep your login details secure. You are responsible for activity on your account, including bookings and purchases you make for household members you manage.
• FIT may suspend or close accounts that are misused or that break these terms.

Everyone who trains must have FIT's current Training Contract (waiver) signed before booking a session, and signed again whenever it is updated. A parent or guardian signs for each participant under 18. Exercise involves risk. Talk to your doctor before starting a new program, and tell your coach about any injury or condition that affects your training.

• Sessions are booked through the member portal and are limited by class capacity.
• Adults book Adult sessions; youth members book Youth sessions.
• A session that has no bookings 8 hours before its start time closes automatically and can no longer be booked.
• FIT may change, reschedule, or cancel sessions. If FIT cancels a session you booked, FIT will credit the session back to your household.

You can cancel a booking up to 8 hours before the session starts, and the session is returned to your package. Bookings cannot be cancelled online within 8 hours of the start time. If you do not attend a session you booked, it is recorded as a no-show and the session is not returned. See our Refunds & Cancellations policy for details.

• Session packages are one-time purchases that belong to a household.
• Any member of the household can use the shared sessions.
• One session is used each time a household member books.
• Unused sessions from regular packages carry over when you buy another package and do not currently expire.

• The intro offer (3 sessions for $29) is for brand-new members only: you, and everyone in your household, must never have booked a session or purchased a package or membership at FIT.
• Limit one intro offer per household.
• Intro sessions are shared with your household like other packages.
• Unused intro sessions expire 30 days after purchase and cannot be extended or carried over.

• Members can buy regular session packages as gifts. The buyer receives a gift code; the intro offer and Unlimited can't be gifted.
• A gift code can be redeemed once, by an adult FIT account. The sessions are added to the redeemer's household and work like any other package.
• Gift codes do not expire, and redeemed gift sessions do not expire.
• Keep your code safe: anyone who has it can redeem it. Contact FIT if a code is lost or you need help.

• Unlimited is an individual monthly subscription for one person and cannot be shared.
• It renews automatically each month at the current price until you cancel.
• You can cancel anytime from the billing portal in your dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid month, and you keep access until then.
• If a renewal payment fails, Unlimited booking access is paused until the payment method is updated.

Prices are shown in U.S. dollars at checkout. Payments are processed securely by Stripe. FIT may change prices for future purchases and renewals; changes do not affect sessions you have already purchased.

Follow coach instructions, use equipment safely, and treat other members and staff with respect. FIT may refuse service to anyone whose behavior puts others at risk.

We may update these terms from time to time. The effective date at the top of this page shows when they last changed. Continuing to use the portal after a change means you accept the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio.
